Eliminate an UB in enumerate_bpf_space().
As Francois-Xavier points out:

enumeratetest.c:87:20: runtime error: implicit conversion from type
  'int' of value 65536 (32-bit, signed) to type 'u_short' (aka 'unsigned
  short') changed the value to 0 (16-bit, unsigned)

Have each of the two loops iterate from the minimum to the maximum
exactly without involving (and depending on) any overflows.
