   * util/texi2dvi (make_openout_test, decide_aux_files_method): Keep output from tests of \openout and print the last kept output if the test failed and we can't run TeX.  This helps the user to find out why the test failed, e.g. if they are running with PDFTEX=xetex and xetex isn't installed.
