    * tta/configure.ac, tta/perl/Makefile.am (ModulePath.pm), tta/perl/Texinfo/ModulePath.pm.in ($build_C_code): pass build_C_code instead of enable_txi_libraries.  Remove enable_txi_libraries.
* tta/perl/Texinfo/XSLoader.pm (BEGIN, $disable_C_libraries): set
$disable_C_libraries based on build_C_code.

* tta/perl/Texinfo/XSLoader.pm (init): handle especially the case of
defined($additional_libraries) and $disable_C_libraries.
Add FIXME as the TEXINFO_XS=requiredifenabled case is incorrect for
modules without fallback.
