   * tta/swig/perl/Makefile.am (all-local, .libs/auto/Texinfo), tta/swig/perl/_Texinfo_Tests.pm: add the all-local rule to setup the link from .libs/auto/Texinfo to .libs to have in-build XS extension found before other extensions in @INC auto/Texinfo subdirectories. Remove from _Texinfo_Tests.pm the code doing the link.
