   Comments

   Do not try matching RFC 1051 system codes for ARCnet.
   Remove the old system codes from gen_linktype() and document the
   rationale.  ARCnet filter programs are now shorter and result in fewer
   false positives, so update the affected tests.  See also GH #1516.
