   imap: make sure Curl_pgrsSetDownloadSize() does not overflow
   Follow-up to c1e3a760b. The previous update missed an addition that also
   can wrap and cause confusion. Fixing this by calling
   Curl_pgrsSetDownloadSize() after the overflow check.
